No bags are allowed at this event.
The police authority has introduced a total ban on bringing bags to major events. Exceptions can only be granted upon presenting a valid medical certificate.

Tele2 Arena is situated in Johanneshov in Southern Stockholm. In walking distance from six subway stations including Gullmarsplan – the second largest public transport hub in Stockholm hosting subway, tramway and bus lines.

Eat & drink
On every level you will find all opportunities to satisfy your hunger and quench your thirst in our bars. Enjoy juicy burgers, nachos with dipping sauces, pizza, wraps, hot dogs and a wide range of snacks and sweets. Complement your meal with hot and cold drinks!
There will be kiosks around the arena for light food, snacks and drinks.

Restaurants - East Lounge, West Lounge & Franks
Level B
Kiosks - 302, 303, 330 & 332

There will also be a kiosk available for you on the parquet floor.
The food areas are open from 18:00 until the concert is over except for East Lounge, West Lounge and Franks which stay open until around 19:30.
There are standing tables in our bars and seating is limited.
Practical stuff
No bags, including small handbags, fanny packs, canvas bags and plastic bags, may be brought inside. It is also not permitted to bring umbrellas, bottles, system cameras, food and drinks into the arena. There will not be a cloakroom available.
Many visitors are expected and as the level of security is high, entry may take time. Please arrive in advance.
No photography or video/audio recording allowed
No photography or video/audio recording is allowed with any camera device, including smartphones, during the concert. If you violate the camera ban, you may be requested to leave without the possibility of returning to the concert, with no ability to receive a refund.
You may only use your phone in case of a personal emergency outside of the performance area.
Your tickets
If you have chosen app tickets (Mobile ID tickets) via AXS, you need to download the Stockholm Live app or update the app if you have the older version, to retrieve your tickets. You can do this via the App Store or Google Play.
