How to get your tickets in the app
Note! For most of our events, tickets are only delivered through the Stockholm Live app. Therefore, you need to download the app to gain entry to the event.
1. Download the Stockholm Live-app
The app is available on the App Store and Google Play
2. Log in or sign up
Use the same AXS account you used when purchasing the ticket. If you don’t have an AXS account, you can create one directly in the app.
3. Find ticket
Find and retrieve your tickets in the app under > Tickets
4. Enjoy!

What is AXS?
Stockholm Live collaborates with ticket providers AXS and Ticketmaster for the sale and management of tickets to our events. Stockholm Live uses AXS for login in the app since most of our events have AXS tickets.
Why should I log in with or create an AXS account in the Stockholm Live app?
Stockholm Live uses AXS for login in the app because most of our events have AXS tickets. We also collaborate with Ticketmaster for certain events.
This means our app matches your tickets from their systems. To match your tickets, you need to be logged in with the email address you used for purchase.
If you have tickets from Ticketmaster, an extra login is required for security reasons. Use the same email address you used for the purchase. If you’re unsure which email address you used, check the confirmation email from the ticket provider.
How do I know if I have an AXS account?
If you’ve purchased tickets to any of our events at Avicii Arena, Tele2 Arena, Hovet, Annexet, or sports events at Strawberry Arena, chances are you have an AXS account. If you’re unsure which email address you used, check the confirmation email from AXS.
If you’re attending a concert at Strawberry Arena, or have bought Ticketmaster Platinum-ticket, tickets are issued by Ticketmaster, so you may not have an AXS account. In that case, you can easily create one in the app using the same email address you used when purchasing your Ticketmaster ticket.
How do I log in if I have Ticketmaster tickets?
If you’re attending a concert at Strawberry Arena, or have Ticketmaster Platinum-tickets, tickets are issued by Ticketmaster, so you may not have an AXS account. In that case, you can easily create one in the app using the same email address you used when purchasing your Ticketmaster ticket.

How do I know if I have tickets in AXS or Ticketmaster?

How do I download the app?
You can download the Stockholm Live app from the AppStore (if you have an iPhone) or Google Play (if you have an Android). Search For Stockholm Live
Do I have to download the Stockholm Live app?
All tickets can be found in the Stockholm Live app, but if you have chosen the AXS Mobile ID delivery method, the app is needed to retrieve and manage your tickets, which you can easily scan directly from the app at the entrance.
But that’s not all – the app makes your event experience smoother and better in several ways!
This includes:
- Getting the latest news and important information before your visit
- Having all events and tickets in one place
- Staying updated on upcoming concerts and matches
- Buying tickets for all our events and managing them directly in the app
How do I find my tickets in the app?
- Log in with the same AXS account you used to purchase your tickets. If you don’t have an AXS account, create one by clicking “Create AXS Account.”If you have Ticketmaster tickets, you can find more information under “Help with login”.
- Go to “Tickets” in the app and select your event.
- Click on “Show Ticket.”
- If you have Ticketmaster tickets, you need to log in to your Ticketmaster account for security reasons.
I can’t get my ticket to show in the app. Why?
If you don’t see your tickets in the app, it may be because you logged in with a different AXS account than the one you used to purchase your tickets. You can find the email address you used for the purchase by checking your order confirmation from AXS. If the purchase was made with a different email address than the one you are logged in with in the app, you can log out from the app by going to “Account” ► “Log out” and then log in with the correct AXS account.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation from AXS, you can contact AXS support here.
If you have Ticketmaster tickets, you can create an AXS account with the same email address you used to purchase your Ticketmaster tickets, alternatively click on “To Ticketmaster” under “Ticket”.
If the issue persists even after logging in with the correct AXS account, you can contact our support at app@stockholmlive.com.
How do I transfer my tickets to someone else through the app?
For events at Tele2 Arena, Avicii Arena, Hovet, Annexet, and sports events at Strawberry Arena
- Log in to the Stockholm Live app with your AXS account.
- Go to “Tickets” and select the event.
- Click on “Show Ticket.”
- Click on “Transfer” below the QR code.
- Select the ticket(s) you want to share.
- Enter the recipient’s first and last name, and email address. Proceed by clicking “Next” ► “Confirm Transfer.”
- The recipient will receive an email to the specified address with instructions to download the Stockholm Live app and log in with their AXS account or create one if they don’t have it. Note that the same email address used for the transfer must be used to log in or create an account to view the tickets in the app.
For concerts at Strawberry Arena or Ticketmaster Platinum
Ticket forwarding is currently not available for Ticketmaster.
Can I recall a transfered ticket?
If the person you transferred the ticket to has an AXS account, they need to log in and send the ticket back to you. Follow the steps under “How do I transfer one or more tickets to another person in the app?” to do this.
If the person doesn’t have an AXS account, you can revoke your ticket as follows
- Log in to the Stockholm Live app with your AXS account.
- Go to “Tickets” and select the event.
- Click on “Show Ticket.”
- Choose “Transferred” in the top menu.
- Select the ticket you want to revoke.
- Click on “Revoke” at the bottom and confirm the revocation.
- Verify that the ticket is revoked under “Upcoming” in the top menu.
